What is the difference between the two bots?

musicmoment operates two bots, “musicmoment” and “musicmoment-rewrite,” but there is basically no difference between them.
However, musicmoment-rewrite may be used for open betas of new features. If you need stable operation, please use the regular version.

What changes between playlists and single tracks?

In musicmoment-v2, playlists are handled as playlists, and tracks are handled as single tracks.
This means you can loop and manage the queue by playlist.
If you want to add a playlist as separate single tracks as before, set playlist_is_track to True with the /play command, or select the playlist from the /queue-edit command UI and press the Expand button.

Unable to add a large playlist from Spotify

Large playlists of 100 songs or more place a heavy load on the bot, so they are restricted by Lavalink.
However, playlists of around 50 songs, such as This is 〇〇, can be added without issue.

An unsupported format or internal error occurred.

First, please make sure the URL you entered is correct.
You can check the list of supported platforms at Supported Platforms.

If you are trying to play a playlist, that playlist must be public.

After checking these points, if there is no issue, the problem is likely on the service side.
