Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as “these Terms”) define the conditions for using the Discord music bot “musicmoment” (hereinafter referred to as “this Service”) provided by the developer, “はるわいく” (hereinafter referred to as “the Developer”). By using this Service, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
1. Scope
These Terms apply to all relationships regarding use of this Service between users of this Service (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) and the Developer.
2. Prerequisites
This Service uses APIs and services provided by Discord and various streaming platforms, but has no direct relationship with their respective operating companies.
When using this Service, Users must also comply with the terms of use of the various streaming platforms.
3. Prohibited Acts
When using this Service, Users must not engage in the following acts.
- Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
- Acts that infringe intellectual property rights such as copyrights and trademark rights
- Unauthorized use or reverse engineering of the bot
- Acts that interfere with operation of the bot or other users
- Acts that violate Discord’s Terms of Service or Guidelines
- Secondary use of this Service for commercial purposes
- Any other acts that the Operator deems inappropriate
4. Disclaimer
4-1. Suspension of Service
The Developer may suspend or interrupt this Service without prior notice due to system maintenance, updates, or unforeseen events (such as changes to the Discord API specifications or server failures).
4-2. No Warranties
This Service is provided “as is,” and the Developer makes no express or implied warranties concerning the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of this Service.
4-3. Damages
The Developer assumes no liability whatsoever for damages incurred by users or third parties in connection with use of this Service.
5. Restrictions on Use
If a User violates these Terms, the Operator may take measures such as restricting or prohibiting use of the bot without prior notice.
6. Copyright
Intellectual property rights related to this Service itself belong to the Developer.
Copyrights in music content played through this Service belong to their respective rights holders. Users must use this Service in compliance with the terms of use of each platform.
7. Changes to the Terms
If the Developer deems it necessary, the Developer may change these Terms at any time without notifying Users.
The revised Terms take effect when posted within this Service or on related websites.
8. Contact Method
Contact between Users and the Operator will be made by methods specified by the Operator, such as the Discord server designated by the Operator or X direct messages.
9. Handling of Data
In providing this Service, the Operator may collect information such as playback logs.
This data is used only for operating and improving this Service and preventing unauthorized use, and is not provided to third parties except as required by law.
10. Transfer of Rights and Obligations
Users may not transfer to a third party their status under these Terms or their rights and obligations without the Operator’s prior written consent.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Japanese law. The court with jurisdiction over the Operator’s location shall have exclusive agreed jurisdiction as the court of first instance for disputes relating to this bot.
